• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Perform due diligence and risk assessment

2.3 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

• Resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our data

• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate others' rights

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

3. Data and Content

3.1 Public Data

BizRadar aggregates and displays public company information from official French registries including INPI, BODACC, and INSEE. This data is already public, and we provide it for informational purposes only.

3.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data. Company information is subject to change, and delays may occur in data updates.

3.3 No Financial Advice

The information provided on BizRadar is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, or business advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with professionals before making business decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by BizRadar and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Public company data remains the property of the respective French government agencies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without our express written permission.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with BizRadar, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
